By downloading or using ClassFinder ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

The App may offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Course information, schedules, and academic calendar data are provided by the Anteater API and UC Irvine's public systems. This data is provided "as is" and may not always be current or accurate. Always verify enrollment details on reg.uci.edu before making academic decisions.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The developer does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that course data will be accurate or up to date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed enrollment deadlines, incorrect schedule information, or data loss.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
The App integrates with third-party services including Firebase, Stream Chat, RevenueCat, and the Anteater API. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
The developer reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This EULA is governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
