Courses aren't loading or the list is empty

Go to the Member tab, tap Manage, and select "Refresh Course Data" to clear the cache and re-download courses. Make sure you have an internet connection.

A course schedule shows "not offered this semester"

This means the course is not listed in the Schedule of Classes for the selected quarter. Try a different quarter or check WebReg directly.

Calendar events aren't appearing

Make sure you've granted ClassFinder permission to access your Calendar in Settings > ClassFinder > Calendars. The app adds events to your default calendar.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel.

How do I delete my account?

Sign in, go to the Member tab, tap Manage > Account Settings > Delete Permanently. This action cannot be undone.

What data does ClassFinder collect?

See our Privacy Policy for full details. In short: we store your account info for login, course data is cached locally, and we don't sell your data.
